If something's not answered here, just message us — we reply fast.

Do I need to be home for my mow?

Nope. Most of our customers are out when we show up. Just let us know how to access the gate — whether that's a code, a latch, or a key under the mat — and we'll handle everything while you're out. We'll text when we're done.

What if it rains on my scheduled day?

We'll reschedule to the next available dry day that week, usually within a day or two. If the whole week is a washout (Saskatchewan summer, it happens), we'll roll it to the following week and adjust your billing accordingly. You'll always hear from us before any changes.

How do I set up holiday cover?

Send us your dates and a quick description of your yard — what needs mowing, what needs watering, any plants that need extra attention. We'll put together a quote and confirm everything before you leave. Ideally give us a week's notice, but we'll do our best on short notice too.

Do you bring your own equipment?

Yes, always. We bring everything — mowers, trimmers, edgers, watering cans, hand tools. You don't need to own or maintain a single piece of lawn equipment to use our service.

What areas exactly do you serve?

Currently Sunningdale and Westpark in Moose Jaw. If you're on the edge of those neighbourhoods or just outside, message us anyway — we're expanding our route and may be able to fit you in.

How do I pay?

We invoice after each visit or monthly — your choice. E-transfer is easiest and what most customers use, but we also accept cash. No payment apps, no service fees, no contracts — just an invoice you can pay in a minute on your phone.
